Derry Girl Scout Troop 10127 Partners with the Manchester Boys and Girls Club AND Child and Family Services!

This November the girls from the Derry Girls Scouts Troop 10127 went to the principals of their schools to initiate a warm clothing drive through Warmth from the Millyard. The girls were granted permission from East Derry Memorial and Barka Elementary schools and will hold a drive Dec. 6th – 10th. The girls have chosen to donate to the Boys and Girls Club Manchester and Child and Family Services.

Girl scouting builds girls of courage, confidence, and character, who make the world a better place.

The Mission of the Boys and Girls Club in Manchester is to reach out to all youth, especially those who need us most, inspiring them to realize their full potential as productive, responsible and caring individuals.

Child and Family Services is an independent nonprofit agency dedicated to advancing the well-being of children by providing an array of social services to strengthen family life and by promoting community commitment to the needs of children.

Good Luck Girls! You are doing great work for your community!
